Solid Day At MB Multi Boards and Kites.

Lots of foiling and on the 100cm mast. First on the 9m in 15-18 and then on the 6.5 Solo as the wind and Waves picked up. By 3pm 20-30 SSW on the Mako and really good later on the Jester. No rain and the sun almost peaked out. Wore the drysuit as a biohazard barrier but it was hot and leaked in some epic high speed crashes. Good Saturday play day following the monsoon from Friday. 

Metro winds are totally Foiling me

Thought it was blowing enough SSE 15-18 for trying the 6.5 Solo strapless foil but  with winds dropping I got a nice 30 minute swim in when I dropped the kite. Straps back on and rigged the A-Roam 9m and it was excellent flying for next 1:30. Only foiled out the last hour! Lots of near perfect jibes once I figured out my feet again. 2+ months since last foiling in Hatteras - felt good again!

Cold front sailing afternoon. Ripped out to channel and caught some 7m and waves on the Lands End Hiway!

Hot and Humid Holly in Fathers Day

Started West/Tech loop with JB and then onto the main course. Almost 3 hours and slippery with mud and grease in turns, stones and boardwalk. Best news I felt better after than before the ride! Dinner at Arnos down the road. 

Latest Lex trip pays off 9m

Tuesday and it’s blowing on Huron North 20-25 and it’s 75 degrees. Yes - let’s leave house at 3:30 for Lexington. And… it’s solid 9m on water by 5:30. Worth it for the waves on the 9 and Duke. Sunny and perfect water temps. Only missing the bigger waves from earlier in the day. 

Heat Riding Through the Weekend.

Saturday hot even at 9am. Rain night before made it humidity box. 

Sunday fast and starting to get into doubling the jumps. 

Monday Humidity Ride at Bloomer!

Hot and sticky but always fun running the rim at high speeds. Good way to start week in the 85+ degree range. 

Caseville Saturday Classic sun and SW 20+

Classic all day blow in CV. 9m and Jester early and Duke later as it lightened up. Big group out and lots of smiles. Sand so hot it burned your feet! Great day. 

Coming up looked good with the windmills.

Busy Kiting and Biking Memorial Weekend

Friday: Starting out 7m just me and Amir on wingfoil after Keith left. Choppy water but huge swell outside of breakwall. Wave riding galore and sun out and cleaned up at 5:30 then wind kicked back up. Classic Lex. 

Saturday: back up to Lex for Downwinder with Craig, John, wayne and mark J. Lite 9m but Sunny 55 degrees and Steady North at 20. Fun but not powered up. Second sesh lite to and strapless on the Duke and 9. 

Monday: JB on the flats as we ride A-D nice 65 degree on some moist hero dirt. Good ride hardly touching the brakes
