Super Bowl of SnowKiting epic Noreaster
Blizzard conditions of 15-25 with snow all day and perfect launch at Milner street. Almost 30 miles traveled from noon to 4 in mainly one epic up winder/down winder. 9m was right on just powered up perfectly until the very end when full depower was the trending call. Great day with TJ, JB and the Silver Fox. Literally the longest ski run of my life, 2 straight hours of power piles and grippy snow.

Saturday Metro Winter Kite on water not ice!
Great late December 15-20 SSW - I'll take it. 3.5 hours on water with the 12m and a balmy 46 degrees. Not bad. Good winds kicked in at 3pm and the Fox and I were last off of the water. Latest sesh ever by the Calendar and it wasn't even that cold! The hard core MBKT all had smiles and grins going for this gift of a sailable Winter Saturday.

Not worth rehashing. Mud...loaded...everywhere. So much it felt like everything was going to break. Off to Wet Willies for a power wash.

Lonnggg December and I think it's time to ride...
Long and out of shape but fun soft ride with JB. Overcast 50 degrees and moist 11 miles but we did it all without a FAT bike... But that's not likely to last - demo coming up next for me.

Moose Mitts are the bomb at Addison x2
Twice around in 1:36 minutes for 14.1 miles on a very cold 32 degree Saturday. Got a really great chance to try out the brand-new Moose Mitts to see how they work and they are toasty warm excellent wind protection. I can't wait to ride more as soon as I pick up a pair of these!

Cold 12m 2fer Weekend staying warm and dry.
Near perfect 15-20-25 SSW both Saturday and Sunday at MB. 20-30+ kiters out both days running 12's powered nicely. 3 solid hours both days with no breaks - no chill. Great 2-4' wave and swell sections both days just inside the tip of the MB beach point was great for working on wave timing and figuring out the kite pull/slack and transitions. New drysuit perfection, super warm and paired with 5mm fingered gloves - loved it. 41-43 degrees no problem. Give me more weekends like this.

Lex disappoints with rain, snow, gusty holey 20-40 winds and West....
3.7 rigged with 40 N gales followed by snow and frequent drop to 20 NNW and help I need a 5.8! Jerry and I gave it our best in 30-40 degree temps which actually weren't the problem. The day was ruined by the west components and the nearly ever changing weather and inconsistent wind speeds. Shame even the waves were down for what should have been a huge day.
